Graco Equipment: Probell Rotary Bell Atomizers
Challenge: Graco Probell Rotary bell Atomizers were installed on the reciprocators. It gave high efficiency results in the factory paint line during an 18 hours production schedule. However the factory manager thought about continuous improvement in the paint line by reducing the wastage of paint.
Solution: The factory manager and paint line operators used the Probell Rotary Bell Atomizers but they always identified ways to bring improvement in the performance of probell. The representative said that the upgraded Probell air caps were suitable to achieve better improvement.
