The successor to Huawei’s Watch GT 2 is the huawei watch gt 2 pro. It’s yet another addition to the list of the top smartwatches currently available in Nepal.
Smartwatches are becoming increasingly popular as a result of their portability and smart capabilities. This is why every smartphone manufacturer has launched its smartwatch line, claiming to have created its technical environment.
Smartwatches and smart bands from Samsung, Apple, OnePlus, Realme, and Xiaomi are currently available on the market. In comparison to them, Huawei is a less popular option these days, but it still has a lot to offer people.
Design & display
Both the Sports and Classic editions of the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro have a beautiful appearance. Both watches have the same design, with a water-resistant sapphire watch dial and a titanium frame. This lends a strong appearance to the watch while still making it lightweight. The watch’s ceramic back is gleaming and skin-friendly, ensuring that it is comfortable to wear.
A power button or a function button is located on the side of the watch. The straps on the two models of the watch differ: the Sports model has a silicon strap, and the Classic model has a premium leather strap.
Performance & battery life
Huawei’s LiteOS runs on the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro, which is powered by Huawei’s first wearable chipset, the Kirin A1. The watch’s 4GB of onboard storage lets users save up to 500 songs, and the watch’s speaker allows users to make and receive calls directly from the watch.
The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro is powered by a 455mAh Li-ion battery, which Huawei claims will last two weeks under regular conditions and eight days under extreme conditions. Huawei has also included Qi wireless charging on the watch, claiming that a five-minute charge will provide ten hours of use.
Health & fitness tracking
The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro comes with a slew of fitness tracking features. The watch offers over a hundred fitness modes that measure every activity, including climbing, rowing, surfing, tennis, and more. The watch also has a personal exercise guide that gives users verbal instructions.
In addition, the watch claims to give precise monitoring. The improved LEDs and four photodiodes work in tandem with advanced AI algorithms to reduce battery consumption while precisely monitoring SpO2 or heart rate, allowing the user to get more protection from a single charge. The watch can also recognize six different types of workouts automatically, including interior running, indoor/outdoor walking, elliptical, & rowing.
Other features
A GPS receiver is included inside the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro. Huawei was able to add a new “route back” feature to the watch as a result of this. This feature allows the GT 2 Pro to trace your path and serve as a backup alternative if you get lost along the way, guiding you back to your starting point.
A built-in barometer on the Watch GT 2 Pro alerts the user to sudden weather changes. It monitors changes in air pressure in real-time and sends out helpful notifications so that users are always prepared for travels or outdoor adventures.
